Reflection

I have talked to some people from the business side last week. They proved my assumption of what they need when they are trying to connect to creatives.

  1. Usually, creative directors and project managers recruit freelancers.
  2. Email is the best way for freelancers to reach out to them.
  3. A referral is the most efficient method for freelancers to be brought onboard.
  4. Every creative director and project manager has their to-go creatives’ pool.
  5. They are super interested in a product like SpotTED to help them expand the network with freelancers.

User Journey Map

SpotTED’s main user groups are freelancers and recruiters.

Weak Points

From Freelancer Side:
How to put a portfolio into the database more efficiently?
How to make sure my credit will not be stolen by others?
How well technology can recognize the projects?(x% partially)

From Recruiter Side:
How to pilot this project?
When not all the billboards on the road are in the database, how to start the poll and attract more people to contribute to this project?
